or* AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the designated places where
parking is prohibited under Section 11.36.050M the following:
McLean Boulevard, both sides, from 200 feet north of
Lillian Street to 200 feet south of Fleetwood Drive.
Lillian Street, both sides, from 150 feet of the inter-
section with McLean Boulevard.
Lovell Road, both sides, from 150 feet north of U.S.
Route 20.
Bluff City Boulevard, both sides, from 150 feet south
of U.S. Route 20.
U.S. Route 20, both sides, from 250 feet east and west
of Lovell Road and Bluff City Boulevard.
East Chicago Street, both sides, from 150 feet east of the
intersection with Liberty.
East Chicago Street, south side, from 150 feet west of the
intersection.with Liberty.
Gifford Street, west side, from 300 feet south of Summit
Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
