G1-78 Ordinance No. G1-78 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF A SPECIAL USE HERETOFORE GRANTED TO THE LOYAL ORDER OF MOOSE, ELGIN LODGE 799 WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. G29-75 passed on June 25, 1975 the City Council of the City of Elgin granted a special use to the Loyal Order of Moose, Elgin Lodge 799, to permit the construction, maintenance and operation of an institutional headquarters building at 925 South McLean Boulevard, Elgin, Illinois; and WHEREAS, said special use was granted subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded that certain of the conditions of the special use granted are neither necessary nor desirable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. G29-75 passed on June 25, 1975 be and is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the words "and adequate provisions for sanitary sewer service assured" included in paragraph 3 of said section and deleting paragraph 4 in its entirety and renumbering para- graph 5 to read paragraph 4.
