eft AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR METERED PARKING ON THE EAST SIDE
OF NORTH SPRING STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1, That Title 11, Chapter 11.44 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to the designated list
of one hour metered parking areas under Section 11.44.110 the following:
North Spring Street, east side thereof, from Fulton Street
to DuPage Street.
Section 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage in the manner provided by law.
