T1-77 Ordinance No. T1-77 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING JUDGES FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS IN THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the following list of polling places for the several election precincts of the City of Elgin, and the following list of Judges, be, and they hereby are, designated and appointed as such polling places and as such Judges of election for the respective precincts for Municpal Elections in the City of Elgin. Section 2. If any of the Judges herein appointed should, for any reason, fail or refuse to qualify for such office, such iacancy shall be filled either by the City Clerk or as otherwise provided by law at the • polling place. Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage as provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council. s/ Richard L.
