AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT EXPRESSLY REPEALED HERETOFORE
AND WHICH HAVE BEEN SUPERSEDED OR ARE OTHERWISE OBSOLETE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Chapter 19.42 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Planned Unit Developments" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Chapter 19.48 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Special Uses" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That Chapter 19.50 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Variations" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 4. That Chapter 19.52 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Amendments" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 5. That Chapter 19.54 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Fees" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 6. That Chapter 19.56 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Permits - Occupancy Certificates" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 7. That Chapter 19.58 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Zoning Board of Appeals" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 8. That Chapter 19.60 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Administration and Enforcement" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 9. That Chapter 17 of the Elgin Municipal Code, as amended,
entitled "Flood Hazard Areas" be and is hereby repealed.
Section 10. That Section 19-106(e) , Article I of Chapter 19 of the
Elgin Municipal Code, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 11. That Section 19-106(f), Article I of Chapter 19 of the
Elgin Municipal Code, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 12. That Section 19-607(d) , Article I of Chapter 19 of the
Elgin Municipal Code, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 13. That Section 19-607(e) , Article I of Chapter 19 of the
Elgin Municipal Code, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 14. That Section 19-607(h) , Article I of Chapter 19 of the
Elgin Municipal Code, be and is hereby repealed.
Section 15. That Ordinance G10-76 entitled, "An Ordinance Authorizing
the Use of Flashing Amber Lights on Certain Private Vehicles,"passed
January 28, 1976, prior to the adoption of the "Elgin Municipal Code, 1976",
be and is hereby adopted and made part of the "Elgin Municipal Code, 1976".
