AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COOPER AVENUE
BETWEEN CENTER STREET AND PROSPECT STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, is hereby amended by adding to the designated places where parking
is prohibited under Section 11.36.0S0M the following:
Cooper Avenue, south side, between Center Street and
Prospect Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
