AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL SALARY PLAN OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance G4-76 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending
Article IV. Entitled 'The Adoption and Administration of Position Classi-
fication and Pay Plans' of Chapter 6 of the City Code (Ordinance No. S-569,
Passed December 23, 1955) as Pertains to the Compensation Plan and to the
Schedule of Standard Salary Ranges and the Official Salary Plan of the City
of Elgin, Illinois, as Amended", as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
A. That the position titled "Community Development
Assistant Director" be and is hereby added to range 45A.
B. That the position titled "Recreation and Auditorium
Director" be and is hereby deleted from range 44A.
C. That the position titled "Accounting Manager" be and
is hereby added to range 43A.
D. That the position titled "Recreation Director" be
and is hereby added to range 40A.
E. That the position titled "Analyst/Programmer" be and
is hereby added to range 38A.
F. That the position titled "Assistant Building Maintenance
Superintendent" be and is hereby deleted from range 26S and added
to range 32A.
G. That the position titled "Building Operations Engineer"
be and is hereby added to range 25S.
H. That the position titled "Accountant" be and is hereby
deleted from range 24S.
I. That the position titled "Bookkeeper" be and is hereby
added to range 18S.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
