AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST CHICAGO STREET
BETWEEN PORTER STREET AND NORTH LIBERTY STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, is hereby amended by adding to the designated places where parking
is prohibited under Section 11.36.OSOM the following:
East Chicago Street, north side, between Porter
Street and North Liberty Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
