AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
ORGANIZATION OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. S-549 passed May 2, 1955, titled
An Ordinance Relating to the Administrative Organization of the City
Government" as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended in
the following manner, to wit: that the salary provided for the City
Manager be stricken and the salary of $34,450 be inserted in lieu
thereof.
Section 2. That the City Manager shall be entitled to all fringe
benefits provided in Ordinance G59-76.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after
January 2, 1977.
