AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11. 28 of the Elgin Municipal Code,
1976, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop inter-
sections under Section 11. 28.020 the following:
"Geneva Street. All vehicles being operated northbound
on Geneva Street must stop at Division Street before crossing
or entering the same."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and publication in pamphlet form by authority
of the City Council.
