AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DIXON AVENUE
BETWEEN GRACE STREET AND ELIZABETH STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11, Chapter 11.36 of the Elgin City Code, is
hereby amended by adding to the designated places where parking is pro-
hibited under Section 11.36.050 the following:
Dixon Avenue, north side, between Grace Street and
Elizabeth Street, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
4:00 p.m. , Monday through Friday.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
