AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR PARTICULAR PARKING VIOLATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.36.060 of Chapter 11 of the Elgin City
Code, 1976, be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Penalty for Violation of Section 11.32.010 and
Section 11.36.030 through 11.36.050. Violations of
Section 11.32.010 and Sections 11.36.030 through 11.36.050
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ten ($10.00)
dollars nor more than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for each
violation."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after ten (10) days of its passage and publication in the manner
provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of
the City Council.
