AN ORDINANCE
DELETING FROM THE LIST OF DESIGNATED METERED PARKING AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1201 of Chapter 17, Article XII of the Elgin
City Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting from the list of
designated metered parking areas:
Chicago Street, north side, from Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad tracks to Spring Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
