AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section II B of Ordinance G9-76, "An Ordinance
Establishing Fees for Permits and Inspections" be and is hereby amended
by striking the words "annual inspection" and the sum "$25.00" accompany-
ing said words and substituting the following:
"Each inspection $22.50"
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
