eft AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON PORTIONS OF DAVIS ROAD AND HOLMES ROAD
IN THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1003 of Article X of Chapter 17 of the
Elgin City Code, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the designated
places where parking is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3(c)13 the
following:
Davis Road, north side, from Sleepy Hollow Road to
Holmes Road; and
Davis Road, north and east sides, from the Bank
Americard Building (850 Davis Road) to North State Street;
and
Holmes Road, north and east sides, from Sleepy Hollow
Road to Davis Road.
• Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
