tow AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN FAIR HOUSING ORDINANCE TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT OF
A FILING FEE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article XIV of the Elgin City Code, as amended,
entitled "The Elgin Fair Housing Board" be and is hereby amended by
deleting from Section 7-1407(a the last sentence which reads as follows:
"Such complaint shall be accompanied with a filing fee
of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the mariner provided by law.
