AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DAVIS ROAD FROM
HOLMES ROAD EASTERLY TO BANK AMERICARD BUILDING LOCATED AT
850 DAVIS ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article X, Section 17-1003 of the Elgin City Code,
be and is hereby amended by adding to the list of designated places where
parking is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3.13 the following:
"Davis Road, north side, from Holmes Road easterly to
Bank Americard Building located at 850 Davis Road."
Section 2. That all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form.
