AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE G11-74 AUTHORIZING SALE OF PRO-LINE GOLF EQUIPMENT
AT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance G11-74 passed on March 27,
1974 authorizing the sale of Pro-line Golf Equipment at municipal golf
courses be and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. That the price of Pro-line Golf Equipment
offered for sale at municipal golf courses shall be set by
the Director of Public Property and Recreation with the
approval of the City Manager. Prices shall not exceed the
manufacturer's suggested list price; no price shall be set
lower than the purchase price paid by the City of Elgin."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
