AN ORDINANCE
DESIGNATING POPLAR CREEK DRIVE AND WAVERLY DRIVE
AS SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1006 of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin, as amended, is hereby further amended by the adding to the
list of designated snow emergency routes in Section (a) , the following:
Poplar Creek Drive from Bode Road to Route 19 (Chicago
Street).
Waverly Drive from Route 58 to Bode Road.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by order of the City Council.
