AN ORDINANCE
DELETING ADAMS STREET AND RIVER BLUFF ROAD FROM THE LIST
OF THROUGH STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-801 of Article VIII of the City Code of
Elgin, as amended, be and is hereby amended by deleting from the list of
streets declared to be through streets the following:
Adams Street westerly from South State Street;
River Bluff Road from North Grove Avenue to Dundee Avenue.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
