AN ORDINANCE
REMOVING PROHIBITED TURNING MOVEMENTS AT CERTAIN RED LIGHTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-406(c) of Chapter 17 of the Elgin City
Code be and is hereby amended by deleting the following locations from
Subparagraph 4:
Northbound on Dundee Avenue (Ill. 25) turning east onto
Luda Street.
Westbound on Luda Street turning north onto Dundee Avenue.
Southbound on McLean Boulevard turning west onto Highland
Avenue.
Northbound on McLean Boulevard turning east onto Highland
Avenue.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
