AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING LIMITED PARKING AREAS ON THE EAST SIDE OF
NORTH GROVE AVENUE FROM LINCOLN AVENUE TO SLADE AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article X, Section 17-1003 of the Code of the City
of Elgin is hereby amended by adding to the designated places where park-
ing is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3(c)13 the following:
North Grove Avenue, east side, from Lincoln Avenue to
Slade Avenue from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
