G8-74 Ordinance No. G8-74
AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. That Section 17-1003-3(c)13 of Article X of Chapter 17
of the City Code of Elgin be and is hereby amended by adding the following
to the designated places where parking is prohibited:
Geneva Street, east side, from the crosswalk at Chicago
Street to a point 120 feet north.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
