AN ORDINANCE
DESIGNATING STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. Section 17-802 of Chapter 17 of the Elgin City Code, as
amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop intersections
the following:
Northeast corner of Borden Drive and Waverly Drive
Northeast corner of Price Drive and Waverly Drive
Northeast corner of Sebring Drive and Waverly Drive
Northwest corner of Waverly Drive and Bode Road
Northwest corner of Stonehurst Drive and Bode Road
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
