AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF SANITARY AND WASTE WATER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation
to discharge or permit or cause to be discharged sanitary and waste water
to any storm sewer constructed as part of the intersection improvement of
McLean Boulevard and Larkin Avenue, FAU Project M-5172(1) .
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than $25.00 and not more than
$500.00 for each offense and each day said violation shall continue shall
constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
