PROHIBITING PARKING ON McLEAN BOULEVARD, VAN STREET TO MAPLE LANE AND
ON LARKIN AVENUE, CLIFTON AVENUE TO A POINT 1000 FEET
WEST OF McLEAN BOULEVARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1003 of Article X of Chapter 17 of the
Elgin City Code, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the designated
places where parking is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3(c)13 the
following:
McLean Boulevard, Van Street to Maple Lane; Larkin Avenue,
Clifton Avenue to a point 1000 feet west of McLean Boulevard.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
