eft AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CITY CODE TO ADD TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-802 of Article VIII of Chapter 17 of the
Elgin City Code, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the following:
All vehicles being operated in a westerly direction on
Mildred Avenue must stop at the intersection of Mark Avenue
and Scott Drive before crossing or entering the same.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
