G53-74 Ordinance No. G53-74 AN ORDINANCE JP.,, GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE SUBDIVISION REQUIREMENTS FOR SIX LOTS IN RIVERSIDE MANOR WHEREAS, a written petition has been made for a variation from the sub- division regulations of the City of Elgin for certain property located in the City of Elgin, Illinois and commonly known as 424, 430, 436, 442, 446 and 450 Ranch Road, Elgin, Illinois; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended a variation be granted so as to waive the requirement for curbs and gutters and concrete sidewalks as required in Section 22.11-4d and 22.11-5 of the subdivision ordinance; and WHEREAS, said variation will not affect the general plan and intent of the subdivision ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That a variation be and is hereby granted from the requirements of the Elgin subdivision ordinance so as to waive the installation of curbs and gutters and concrete walks on the following described property: Lots 18, 19, and 20 in Riverside Manor, Unit No. 1; and Lots 21, 22, and 23 in Riverside Manor, Unit No. 2, in the City and Township of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois. Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in the manner provided by law. s/ W. E. Rauschenberger W. E.
