eft AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH AND WEST SIDES
OF GARDEN CRESCENT DRIVE FROM WING STREET
TO TYLER CREEK BRIDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Article X, Section 17-1003 of the Elgin City Code be
and is hereby amended by adding to the list of designated places where parking
is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3.13 the following:
"Garden Crescent Dirve, south and west sides, from Wing
Street to the Tyler Creek Bridge."
Section 2. That all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form.
