AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING LIMITED PARKING AREAS ON THE WEST SIDE OF
ELM STREET FROM LOCUST STREET TO CROSBY STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1004 of Article X of Chapter 17 of the
Elgin City Code, as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the designated
places where parking is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3(c)13 the
following:
Elm Street, west side, from Locust Street to Crosby
Street from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on school days.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
