G35-74 Ordinance No. G35-74 AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN TEiRI'I'ORIES ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF ELGIN WHEREAS, certain territories have been annexed to the City of Elgin, Illinois in accordance with a pre-annexation agreement; and WHEREAS, a written petition to classify said territory in the R-Z and R-4, General Residence Districts; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed said petition and made its recommendation to the Zoning Board of Appeals and the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing after due notice and has recommended that the classification requested ne granted for the subject territory. NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Subsection b of Section 21-106 or Chapter 2i of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Elgin, Illinois, as amended, be and hereby is further amended in accordance with Sections i and 2 of this ordinance by including said territories in the districts described. section 4. That said territories shall be subject to the provisions of an annexation agreement entered into by the City of Elgin and Interim Invest- ment Corporation, Rollins Sewer and Water Company, the First National Bank of Elgin and Alsip Bank on June 13, 1974.
