r' AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF FULTON STREET
FROM SPRING STREET TO SEARS ROEBUCK & COMPANY PARKING LOT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article X, Section 17-1003 of the Code of the City
of Elgin is hereby amended by adding to the designated places where park-
ing is prohibited under Subsection 17-1003-3.13 the following:
Fulton Street, north side, from Spring Street to the
entrance of Sears Roebuck & Company parking lot.
Section 2. That all ordinances or patts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
