AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A RESERVATION FEE FOR TENNIS COURTS AT
CHANNING PARK AND WING PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby established a fee in the
amount of $1.00 per hour for reservation of a tennis court at Channing
Park and Wing Park during the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Nbnday
through Friday and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
