AN ORDINANCE
DFLFTING FROM THE LIST OF DESIGNATED METERED PARKING AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Prairie Street, south side, from Wellington Avenue
to Villa Street, be and is hereby deleted from the list of designated
metered parking areas.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
