AN ORDINANCE
ADDING TO THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby added to the list of
stop intersections established in Section 17-802 of Article VIII of
Chapter 17 of the City Code of Elgin, as amended, the following:
"All vehicles travelling southbound on LaSalle Street
must stop at Kaskaskia Avenue before entering same."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
