AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G5-74 ESTABLISHING GOLF RATES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. That Ordinance No. G5-74 Establishing Fees and Charges
at the Municipal Golf Courses of the City of Elgin for the 1974 Golf
Season and Establishing Certain Policies Relative to the Operation of
such Courses be and is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the follow-
ing:
"Senior season passes good week-days prior to twilight
time only, except Tuesdays, Thursdays twilight time at
Wing Park."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
