►• AN ORDINANCE
REMOVING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS.
Section 1. That Section 17-1004 of Article X of Chapter 17 of the
Elgin City Code, as amended, is hereby amended by deleting from the list
of designated streets where parking is restricted, the following:
Worth Avenue, east side, from Chicago Street to
Van Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law
and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
