AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF VILLA STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 17-1003(c)13 of Chapter 17 of the Elgin
City Code, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to the designated
places where parking is prohibited the following:
South side of Villa Street from Liberty Street to Varsity
Drive.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published in
pamphlet form by the authority of the City Council.
