tek AN ORDINANCE
DESIGNATING STOP INTERSECTIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. Section 17-802 of Chapter 17 of the Elgin City Code,
as amended, is hereby amended by adding to the list of stop intersections
the following:
On Jefferson Avenue at Hiawatha Drive
On Algona Avenue at Hiawatha Drive
On Martin Drive at Hiawatha Drive
On Chippewa Drive at Congdon Avenue
On Shiloh Lane at Waverly Drive, Northerly most intersection
On Shiloh Lane at Waverly Drive, Southerly most intersection
On Joslyn Drive At Waverly Drive
On Hunter Drive at Waverly Drive
On Waverly Drive at Route 58
On Hunter Drive at Route 58
On Garden Crescent Drive at Royal Boulevard
On Berkley Street at Second Street
On Renner Drive at South Street
On Belmont Street at South Street
On Hawthorne Street at South Street
On Dartmouth Drive at South Street
On Cookane Avenue at north side of Bluff City Boulevard
On Forest Drive at Sleepy Hollow Road
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published in pamphlet
form by authority of the City Council.
