AN ORDINANCE
TO ESTABLISH TWO 30-MINUTE PARKING SPACES AT 4 NORTH STATE STREET
ELGIN, ILLINOIS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That there is hereby added to the list of places
established by Section 17-1212 of the City Code of the City of Elgin,
Illinois as two hour metered parking areas, the following:
The two parking spaces at the northwest corner of
State Street and Chicago Street commonly known as 4 North
State Street, Elgin, Illinois.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage as provided by law and shall be published in
pamphlet form by order of the City Council.
