AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER G-1607 RELATING TO A PERMI'r1'ED RIGHT
TURN AT A RED SIGNAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the first sentence of Section 2 of Ordinance G-1607
is hereby amended to read as follows:
That vehicular traffic proceeding northbound or south-
bound on McLean Boulevard is hereby permitted to make a right
turn at Larkin Avenue after a full stop at a red signal.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage in the manner provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by order of the City Council.
