AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A LIMITED PARKING AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article X of Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code of
Elgin be and is hereby amended by adding to the streets designated under
Section 17-1005 entitled "Limited Parking Area" the following:
Slade Avenue, south side, from a point approximately
40 feet from the west curb line of North Liberty Street
to a point 100 feet from the west curb line of North Liberty
Street.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of-this-ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance is effective from and after its
passage as provided by law and-shall be published- in- pamphlet form by
authority of- the City Council.
