AN ORDINANCE
CHANGING THE OFFICE OF AUXILIARY POLICEMAN TO THE OFFICE OF RESERVE
POLICEMAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Article VII of Chapter 15 of the City Code of Elgin
as amended, Sections 15-701 through 15-706 inclusive, are hereby amended
by substituting the words "Reserve Policeman"- for the words "Auxiliary
Policeman"-wherever the latter appear.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be taken in effect from and
after its passage- in the manner- provided by law.
