AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PARKING RULES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:

Section 1. That Subsection 17-361(13) of Article III of
Chapter 17 of the City Code of Elgin be and the same hereby is amended
by deleting from the streets designated on which parking is prohibited
the following:
Cooper Avenue south side between Spring Street and
Center Street.

Section 2. That Subsection 17-401(13) of Chapter 17 of the City
Code of Elgin is hereby further amended by adding to the streets
designated which parking is prohibited the following:
Mark Avenue, south and west side, from the north
right-of-way line of Mildred west to the dead end.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective from and after its
passage by law and shall be published in pamphlet form by authority
of the City Council.
