AN ORDINANCE
PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN:
Section 1,, That Section 17-1003 of Chapter 17 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Elgin be as hereby amended by adding to the list of designated
places established by subsection (c) 13 on which stopping, standing or
parking of motor vehicles is prohibited the following:
"Esmeralda Place from Grove Avenue to Brook Street and
from Slade to Lincoln."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as provided by law and shall be published in
pamphlet form.
