AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS
ENTITLED, TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE, AS IT PERTAINS TO
METERED PARKING AREAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELGIN, ILLINOIS :
Section 1. That Article XII of Chapter 17 of the
City Code of Elgin be , and the same hereby is , amended by
removing from the streets designated under Section 17-1213 ,
Metered Parking Areas - Five Hours , the following:
North Spring Street, on the West Side thereof,
commencing at the Northwest corner of the inter-
section of North Spring Street and Dexter Street,
Northerly to the Southerly corner of a public
alley running Westerly from North Spring Street
for the point of termination.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same hereby are, repealed
and of no further force and effect.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective
from and after its passage as provided by law, and shall
be published in pamphlet form by authority of the City
Council.
