AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS ENTITLED
"TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE", AS IT PERTAINS TO THROUGH STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That; Article VIII of Chapter 11 of the City Code
of Elgin be, and the name hereby is, amended by adding to the
streets designated under Section 17-801 as through streets the
following:
Airlite Street from Foothill to Country Knolls Ladle Inclusive.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith be, and the same hereby are, repealed and of no further
force and effect. .
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage as provided by law, and shall be published in
pamphlet form by authority of the City Council.
