AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS , ENTITLED
TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE PRESCRIBED PATTERN
OF PARKING ALONG FAS ROUTE 106 ( ILLINOIS ROUTE 25) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by including in
the streets designated under Section 17-1003 , on which parking
is prohibited , the following :
Dundee Avenue , on the West side thereof, from Cooper
Avenue to Congdon Avenue;
Dundee Avenue , on the East side thereof, from Page
Avenue to Keep Avenue;
North Liberty Street , on the West side thereof , from
Cooper Avenue to Keep Avenue .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and of
no further force and effect.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage as provided by law and shall be published
in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .

Ordinance Passed Prohibiting the Connection of Sanitary or Industrial
Waste Sewers to Storm Water Drainage Systems Constructed as a Public
Im.rovement of. a Certain Portion of North Libert Street
Councilman Tillery made a motion, seconded by Councilman Landis to pass the afore-
mentioned ordinance. Yeas: Councilmen Bruneman, Doxey, Landis, Pearsaul, Santanni,
Tillery and Mayor Rauschenberger. Nays: None .
