AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS ,
ENTITLED , TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO
STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED .
BE IT - ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City
Code of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by adding
to the streets designated under Section 17- 1003 , on which
parking is prohibited , the following :
Cooper Avenue , on the South side thereof, between
North Spring Street and Center Street .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and
of po further force and effect.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage as provided by law, and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .

Ordinance Passed Rezoning from R-3 to R-4 Property Located
at 1011 1021 and 1031 Todd Farm Drive
Councilman Barber made a motion, seconded by Councilman Rauschenberger to pass an
ordinance rezoning from R-3 to R-4 property located at 1011, 1021 and 1031 Todd Farm
Drive. Yeas: Councilmen Barber, Rauschenberger, Santanni , Tillery and Mayor Aift.
Nays: None .
