AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE CITY CODE OF ELGIN , ILLINOIS ,
ENTITLED , TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDINANCE AS IT PERTAINS TO
STREETS ON WHICH PARKING IS PROHIBITED .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN ,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Article X of Chapter 17 of the City Code
of Elgin , be , and the same hereby is , amended by adding to the
streets designated under Section 17- 1003 , on which parking
is prohibited , the following :
Airlite Street , on the East side thereof , between
Lin-Lor Lane and the Southerly City limits .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict -herewith be , and the same hereby are , repealed and
of no further force and effect .
Section 3 ., That this ordinance shall be effective from
and after its passage . as provided by law , and shall be
published in pamphlet form by authority of the City Council .
